How deeply was it reviewed?

All images were visually screened on labeled contact sheets. Selected significant documents were examined at full resolution. Text was extracted from every PDF page and all rendered pages were inspected. Six timed samples from each video were reviewed; the approximately 75 minutes of video were not continuously reviewed or audio-transcribed.

The assessment is preliminary. It does not claim complete Arabic transcription, certified translation, identity verification, exhaustive geolocation, or document authentication.

All evidence indexed. Protected display copies.

The catalogue includes every original file and every English derivative. The 41-file duplicate selection is represented in the collection accounting, rather than displayed as additional corroborating sources. Images, videos and English PDFs are available directly from their catalogue records. Image thumbnails load on demand; videos play when opened. All sources remain unauthenticated.

Unredacted originals remain in the local source archive. Public images are display derivatives with embedded metadata removed. Bank/payment identifiers, signatures and selected private medical, contact and individual personnel/payment records have permanent opaque redactions in the actual image files. For some private records the body of the record is withheld, retaining only document context. Graphic injury/death media is hidden behind an explicit viewer choice; this warning is not access control. Videos are supplied archive files. Public English PDF copies have document-author and XMP metadata removed. A public file can be downloaded and redistributed.

Authorship and recovery

The reported recovery of a USB at a border nonprofit is unverified. Collection labels do not establish original device ownership. No physical USB or forensic device image was examined. File hashes identify supplied digital copies; they do not authenticate the events depicted.

English translations are later derivatives

The PDFs’ creation metadata falls on January 29 or 31, 2025. Several contain material translation errors. Military “company” becomes “secret,” repair becomes “reform,” and supply/rations become “appointments.” The June 5 PDF also mistranscribes dates that are legible in Arabic. Consult the source before making a chronological or organizational inference.

Claims, relationships and confidence

A stamp is not authentication. A payment request is not settlement. A proposed organizational chart is not actual strength. Possession of an adversary’s records is not proof of affiliation. No link was established between the German beneficiary account, the cheque image and the purported ISIS payment papers.

Allegations involving an email address and evacuation payments have not been independently substantiated and are not used here to identify or accuse a person.
