Report of the Commander of the Martyr Ahmed Al-Abdo Forces on the terrorist attack on 6/21/2016
At 5:30, a booby-trapped vehicle coming from the eastern direction of the Rukban area, belonging to
the terrorist organization ISIS, stormed the gate of the Rukban camp at high speed and continued
towards the Jordanian barrier, targeting members of the Jordanian army who were stationed there, but
their number was not accurately counted.
It exploded on the embankment, resulting in martyrs and some injuries among the Jordanian army.
The Martyr Ahmed Al-Abdo forces deployed in the Badia region in search of cells affiliated with the
terrorist organization and raised the readiness in the region.
Search and combing operations are still ongoing.
